After you complete a 5-minute online medical intake, a board-certified US-licensed provider reviews your information and — if you're a good candidate — writes a personalized NAD+ prescription. Your medication is compounded by a US, FDA-registered partner pharmacy and shipped free to your door in 1–2 days. Ongoing support and dose adjustments are included with every plan.
Is the medication real, prescription NAD+?
Yes. Every bmiMD NAD+ injection is compounded by a US, FDA-registered pharmacy and dispensed only with a valid prescription from a licensed clinician. We do not source from research-only peptide vendors, and we do not sell oral supplements relabeled as injectable medication.
How is my dose determined?
Your initial protocol is set by the reviewing clinician using your intake — your goals, health history, and any current medications. It's clinical, not a marketing default. Your provider can adjust your protocol over time at no extra cost as part of your monthly plan.
How is the pricing structured?
Four subscription plans — choose the term that suits you: 1-month at $119/mo, 3-month at $109/mo, 6-month (best value) at $89/mo, or 12-month at $99/mo. Within each plan, the monthly price is locked: month two is the same price as month one. Provider visit, prescription, supplies, and shipping are included on every plan, with no separate membership fee.
Where is bmiMD available?
bmiMD's NAD+ program is available in all US states except where local regulations restrict telehealth dispensing. You'll see a final eligibility check based on your address as part of intake.
How is it shipped?
In a discreet, temperature-controlled package via a US carrier — typically arriving within 1–2 business days of provider approval. A signature is not normally required.
How do I take my medication?
NAD+ is administered as a small subcutaneous injection — most patients self-administer once or twice weekly using the included syringes. Detailed step-by-step instructions and short video walkthroughs are sent with your shipment, and the clinical team is available for any questions.
When will I notice the benefits?
